When you purchase a photo pack from Enchanted Stock Photos, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the images.
You may:
- Use the images for personal or commercial projects
- Use them on websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and digital ads
- Use them for client work such as branding, marketing, and design
- Modify or add text to images to suit your creative needs
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the images as standalone files
- Offer them through any stock photo or image-sharing service
- Claim the images as your own work or photography
- Use them in any way that promotes hate, harm, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Use them in a way that suggests endorsement by Enchanted Stock Photos without written permission
2. Copyright and Ownership
All images remain the intellectual property of Enchanted Stock Photos. You are granted usage rights, but you do not own the copyright. The copyright remains with us at all times.
3. Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at amasveritas29@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
4. Delivery
Your image packs will be delivered as digital downloads. Please be sure to save your files. Download links may expire after a set time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Enchanted Stock Photos is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our images. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with these terms and any applicable laws.
6. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our images after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
